THE BOTTLENECK
The whole affiliate pipeline is gated on one number: first purchase
Affiliates send traffic based on EPC (effective price per click). Right now there's almost nothing to show them: click → free join is healthy (~10%), but free join → first purchase is under 1% against an industry norm of 6.5–8.5%. Rebuys are fine once someone buys, but almost no one makes that first purchase.
So Evan is deliberately holding affiliate traffic on ice. Turning it on at <1% would burn relationships built over two years. Until product fixes the free-join → first-purchase funnel, more signed deals ≠ more revenue.

Pornhub / TrafficJunky cluster 5 deals
One relationship with two faces: an organic PH content-partner track (Chance) and a paid TrafficJunky track (Warren Knight → Corey O'Donnell; Chris Marra oversees both). Our 2257 / licensing status is the moat: "only AI company to pass Pornhub's compliance."

Affiliate terms unresolved post-Mario. PH is moving partners to PPS (pay-per-sale) from the old 50/50 rev-share. Chance confirming with Chris before Everflow is configured.

What it is
18 Sophie D videos (made with her permission, exclusive to NA) inside NA's paid members area, each with a button to talk to her AI twin. Goal: convert existing NA subscribers who are Sophie fans into JustSext. Volume is naturally small (only NA members who like Sophie who click). Evan is barely being charged — it's a data test.
Result so far
36 gross clicks, 16 unique, 0 conversions (Everflow). Not enough Sophie-interested traffic coming through.
Decisions
Complex phase 2 shelved 3-4 months (bandwidth). The reciprocal VOD per-minute deal is on ice (see below). Evan to meet NA to push more traffic / add buttons in more places before considering more.

What it is
Two-sided: (1) place Sophie D + Lena thumbnails on CAM4 so their traffic clicks through to engage; (2) scrape a couple of CAM4 models' AI twins so users can talk to them during the ~16 hours/day their live cam is offline — giving CAM4 off-hours revenue and us reach.
Where it stands
Negotiating. Second call today (Jun 26, 1-3pm) with potential to close. Heavy-hitter names CAM4 wouldn't otherwise have, plus an always-on revenue angle.

On ice & re-engaging
- NA — VOD Reciprocal (per-minute outbound + token margin): On Ice. The reciprocal half of the NA relationship; revisited if/when NA drives real traffic.
- Fleshlight: On Ice. Real deal there eventually, but low priority — contact didn't respond and Evan isn't pushing.
- The re-engagement wave: Mario marked dozens of affiliates "lost" that shouldn't have been. Evan is working back through relationships built over ~2 years — emailing to re-engage, then filing into the right pipeline. Surfacing now: NSFW.tools, AI Adult Reviews, AI Haven, Silk, Beehiiv, karllcloutier.com, top4 / IM LIVE, Raw Reviews, and many more.
- Why they're held: Evan won't turn on their traffic until conversion improves — affiliates watch EPC, and asking for traffic at <1% conversion burns the relationship. A few legacy partners (e.g. the porndude) still send unpaid traffic on goodwill.
